How do I calculate how many paving slabs I need?

To calculate the quantity, measure the length and width of your area in meters and multiply them to get the total square footage. We recommend adding a 10% 'wastage' allowance to cover cuts and breakages during installation.

What are your delivery options and lead times?

We offer standard pallet delivery within 3-5 working days. Express next-day delivery is available for select stocked items if ordered before 11 AM. Please ensure there is a flat, hard surface for our curbside tail-lift delivery.

Can I return unused paving slabs?

Yes, we accept returns of full, unopened packs within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy stone products are the responsibility of the customer and a restocking fee may apply.

Do I need to seal my natural stone paving?

While not mandatory, we highly recommend sealing natural stone like Sandstone or Limestone to protect against staining, algae growth, and color fading. It is best to wait 3-6 months after installation to allow for natural efflorescence to pass.

What happens if some slabs arrive broken?

Due to the nature of the product, a small amount of breakage (up to 5%) can occur during transit. If you find significant damage, please take photos and note it on the delivery note, then contact our support team within 48 hours.

Are your paving slabs slip-resistant?

Most of our outdoor porcelain and textured natural stone slabs have an R11 slip rating, making them safe for patios, pathways, and pool surrounds even when wet.
