Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Pallet
Securely stack and wrap the paving slabs on their original pallet to ensure they remain stable and protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Schedule Collection
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized heavy-goods courier to collect the items from your driveway or kerbside.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
